The potted plant is a linkset consisting of the plant, the pot and the soil + ground shadow in the same mesh, so a total of three mesh models..

LAND IMPACT (prim count):

Each mesh model has a precise land impact (LI) of 0.5, which results in a LI of 1.5 when the models are linked together. When you rez it, it will show as 2 prims. Stretching mesh increases the LI.
