DESCRIPTION:

A full perm mesh tree as shown in the picture. The tree is 6.85 m. tall. You can find the same tree in other colors - please check under "Related Items".

The tree is made of two separate meshes linked together, which means you can use each mesh for other projects.

LAND IMPACT (prim count):

The item has the land impact (LI) described in the title. Stretching the item will increase the LI.

PERMISSIONS:

This is a full permission pack for private as well as for commercial use.

You can do as you please with the contents of the pack for private use.
