DESCRIPTION:
A small tree with crooked birdhouses on the branches, as shown in the photo. The item is thought to be a fun addition to a fantasy theme, but with the addition of more realistic wood textures and props you can probably fit it into a more realistic natural theme too.
Each birdhouse has it's own texture face on the outside, but share the inside texture face (as all the houses are dark inside).
The tree is about 2.6 m. tall and put together of two mesh models linked together: The houses and the tree.
The textures are all included as is, in the purchase. I've included a layer of dirt and shadow for the hole in the birdhouse so you can apply your own wood textures, but still keep the dirt and the shadows (if you wish to do so). Also feel free to download the textures and color change them, as long as you don't resell your modified version of the textures as is.
The item is a brighter on the photo than than inworld. I therefore encourage you to go see the item inworld, before you decide whether it's anything for you - just click on "See Item in Second Life" :-)
LAND IMPACT (prim count):
The items have a land impact (LI) of 3.5 but will show as 3 prims when rezzed unlinked to other objects. The item can easily be downsized to 2 prims and still keep a believable size. It really depends on how small you want the tree to be. Stretching the item will increase the LI.

PERMISSIONS:
This is a full permission pack for private as well as for commercial use.
You can do as you please with the contents of the pack for private use.
As far as commercial use is concerned, none of the the constituents in the pack may be redistributed as is but only as part of a project and only with the following permission settings:
- copy/modify
- copy
- modify
- transfer
It is not permitted to resell larger structures made from the linked parts in a single plant kit alone. There have to be components from other full perm pack and/or designers (or your own full perm items) included in the project.
