T-Spot Mesh Tree No. 10 - Winter Version - Full Perm - LI= 1.4

DESCRIPTION:

A full perm mesh tree in winter clothing as shown in the pictures.

The tree is made of two separate meshes linked together, which means you can use each mesh for other projects.

There's a low and a high LOD version in the pack, which account for the two different prim counts (1.4 and 3).

LAND IMPACT (prim count):

The item has the land impact (LI) described in the title. Stretching the item will increase the LI.

PERMISSIONS:

This is a full permission pack for private as well as for commercial use.

You can do as you please with the contents of the pack for private use.

As far as commercial use is concerned, none of the the constituents in the pack may be redistributed as is but only as part of a project and only with the following permission settings:
