No idea why it has bad reviews. It looks like the picture, has sound like coffee is being made. It is a Low Prim Low Price Coffee Maker. It does change colour if you touch the cup and not the Machine. I am very happy with my purchase thank you.

I'm not sure why this coffee maker received poor reviews. It looks exactly like the picture. As the other reviewer stated, all you have to do is touch the cup to change the appearance/color. This is really a nice addition to my kitchen decor. I'm quite happy with this purchase!
Very happy with it, and it does change colour...
I don't post many reviews but this deserved far more than the 1.5 stars it had received so far. It's a beautifully made little machine and low prim. I had a black one and wanted a red one so I spoke to the creator. Despite what has been previously posted all you need to do is click the cup and you can change the colour.
Very misleading picture!
Big red coffee maker in the foreground with black version in the back. Logical assumption is a red coffee maker or possibly red with color change to black option. No such luck. Black only. If you want black, it looks & works great.
<sigh> I guess I should have read the other review before purchasing.
Love the machine...but
I do love the detail, however the picture shows one in red, which is why I bought it, no option to make read, only black :-(
