This Tree is Under-Priced!
This tree allows you to do quite a good amount of editing. The train has a chance of breaking when it's resized. But that's fine because I can just rez out another one. All and all, I am EXTREMELY happy with this product! Because of the features, and versatility. This is a great product for so very little!

Got far more than I was looking for. Just a temporary tree, was even considering alpha texture tree just for the season, decided on this and wow! It's NOT a alpha texture it's mesh, high definition, animated running train, gift boxes, blinking lights. The tree, skirt and balls has multiple appearances you can change. Everything in the image only 25 prim land impact and for a price far less than other less impressive trees on the market. I highly recommend it, will not disappoint.
