Beautiful set for builders
Those buying fullperm kits for the first time, most do not come with animations. That is kind of the point, you buy this, create your own textures and then script the chair yourself for either your own use or to resell.
I needed a simple table & chair set, this will do nicely. Linked they are 2 LI, perfect!

No sit animation. Use this:

Level of detail model is poor; it's just a seat at 10 meters.
If made physical, it sinks into the ground because the physics model is off.
