The Type 70 is our mid-range TARDIS. For the new flagship, see the Type 100; a shape-changing vehicle with mesh support, easier setup and enhanced effects. For a cheaper model without shape-changing abilities and combat, look for the Type 40 TARDIS or its tiny Type 9 3/4 cousin.
The Type 70 features a real, working chameleon circuit, improved flight, TCS combat system, and much more! You can even resize it on the fly for a perfect fit. Shrink it to half-size for Tinies, make it 3x larger for giant robots, or shrink it to 1/10th and use it as a remote controlled toy!
Included are five forms (The Doctor's police box, the Rani's pyramid, a WW II style bunker, a fun little flying chair and a briefcase you can carry around), over 20 skins, three console rooms, three platforms, and advanced texture, color and size-changing abilities. With its voice-controlled texture and color swaps, you can customize it thousands of ways!
Included console rooms are the Interocitor, Tom Baker's wooden console room, the Rani's console room, and the original Classic. Platforms include the builder's platform, a spooky graveyard, and a large outdoor garden.
Not only can the TARDIS rez console rooms, but each room can rez more, creating an ever-expanding network of corridors, rooms, consoles, and platforms. When you're finished, freeze your build for permanent use, or derez your TTC and the whole assembly will vanish neatly.
WHAT IS THE TTC?
The TTC (Time Travel Capsule) is a combination flying vehicle, transporter and portable skybox. You can fly it like a normal vehicle by sitting inside and saying "start", or click on its sides and use the menu to pilot. Once you reach your destination, another press of a button rezzes a console room, building platform, or both!
While I cannot claim time travel, this TTC will take you and your friends anywhere within the sim in grand style! All accompanied by authentic looks and sound effects.
The TTC automatically detects compatible transporter systems and TTC landing pads whenever you enter a new region. If you like, you can also use a notecard to store favorite locations in sims you may not be allowed to leave permanent landing pads. In addition to this, there is a WARP menu that lets you quickly move up, down, north, south, east or west in small increments. You can also travel randomly, just like the Doctor when he installed the randomization circuit to foil the Black Guardian in the excellent "Key to Time" season.
Other features include automated landing, defense circuitry, auto-return, custom destinations, homing beacon, landing platform, console room, two modes of travel and an option to let guests or fellow group-mates fly her.
And now, if you own emDash, you can use your TTC as a portal and poofer, traveling anywhere on the grid!

This TARDIS is amazing.
Best recreation in SL.
Easy to use, plenty of features and very well made. Whats not to like?
This is not only the best Tardis I have seen so far in SL, but it's also the most operational. You can teleport, warp, fly, add extended Tardis rooms and platforms, change the text on the top and much much more
This is well worth the price, nobody will be disappointed!
Without a doubt, this is one of the most finely crafted objects I've had the pleasure of playing with in SL. The attention to detail is amazing and everything works wonderfully and without a hitch. I had initially bought one for my partner and had so much fun watching her play with it that I eventually got one for myself. You can even make your own rooms to go along with it and it's fun to fly around in in one with friends. Thanks a lot!
Every time I rez this I draw a crowd.
The size , sounds and graphics , for both the police box and console rooms are very accurate , giving a fantastic feel and atmosphere. The console doors swish open and shut and the center of the console glides up and down. It can change to other objects such as the Rhani`s pyramid and comes complete with several console rooms from different eras and even has a garden and a graveyard.
Flying it is a breeze , and it can go 4000 meters up , de-materialise and re-materialise to another xyz point in the same sim , home in on teleport pads and protect you with shielding and has the option to rez in front or around you , which gave a griefer quite a suprise once. The console rooms are skyboxes , and can be set in place if needed if you want a ready made perminant home.
There are several room add-ons you can buy to add to it and the creator updates it regularly. The interactive menu is extremely easy to use. What more can a sci-fi girl ask for. It even has a pink version !

edit: sorry for bothering you when i should've just waited a little longer.
this plus the emdash makes travel fun :D switch the tardis to, say, the chair form, and you have the most random flying vehicle ever. thanks to the emdash's favorites system, i can show up in the middle of my favorite sandbox in style.
my only complaint is that customizations are removed if you have to summon a new one, say, as a portal. make the forms save to the hud like normal expansions and have the hud remember settings, and i'll be the happiest time lady ever xD
