Multiple texture faces, though in my opinion best way to texture this is via the UV maps. If you need help for this please feel free to check the youtube tutorials I made on this subject.
The pivot point of the hands have been centered in the middle is is mostly requested by scripts for those. The minute and hour hand can be scripted. The seconds not it would require an extra Li and personally I do not think it's really needed for this.
A script for hands is not included, sorry I'm a mesh maker not.a scripter, each his/her speciality :)

LODs have been made more then sufficiently strong for something that typically is used indoors, but goes well beyond what is strictly needed. Please mind that this clock is supposed to stand with it's back to a wall. For LOD2 I took the geometry away on that side. Always that balance with land impact :)
Number of meshes, UVs and ambient occlusions are mentioned on the box.
To adapt the ambient occlusions maps can be done with ease via "levels" in photoshop. For sure there will be something similar in gimp or any other graphic program.
MESH: build low prim with high detail, just rez as any other object you would rez. Adjust the size as you need as you do with prims. Mind that by increasing you might increase you're Land Impact (prim count).

6 meshes (as uploaded with colored texture faces)

a. clock in closed position with relevant AO's
b. clock in half opened position with relevant AO's
c. clock in "exploded" door and hands separated with relevant AO's
d. clock with UV colour codes, 1 colour for each UV map
e. clock with texture face colour code, mind to compare this to d. difference are mostly on chinches and hour plate.
20 1024*1024 ambient occlusion maps (3 alpha = no black lines when applied)
4 1024*1024 UV map - made in such way that you have a minimum trouble to make you're items seamless

Please note that you get 1024*1024 maps so that you can work with the best possible detail. To upload it is recommended to reduce the scale of the textures and test what gives the best result for you.
This item has a very strong LOD, though it is always recommended to set your viewers LOD level at 4.
It is better not to go beyond LOD4 level.
