Thank you for your interest in this beautiful little ticket office, made to go with the San Cassiano theatre. We know the building existed due to the original 18th century blueprints, we know the groundplan, that it was a tiny ticket office but there are no drawings or anything that can show how it was exactly. Pity but this information is lost in time.
All sets that belong to this item are added to the building so you get more then just the building, you also will purchase the complete rain pipe set. I put the relevant boxes separated if not it just becomes one complete mesh.
The door is FP of course just the script isn't. It can easily be made FP if you change the door handler script which can be obtained via this link:

You can't set a door up with only this script but it will function exactly the same.

Very strong LOD's of course since it is a typical outdoors elements, LOD's are adapted to the particular elements. Please be careful when you choose your elements, I recommend to test.
Texture faces are varying for each element, you can find in the box elements with different colours indicating those faces. On the building itself are two extra texture faces on the right side and back where you can easily change posters or announcements.
MESH: build low prim with high detail, just rez as any other object you would rez. Adjust the size as you need as you do with prims. Mind that by increasing you might increase you're Land Impact (prim count).

As per 16/07 the item is setup in what will become Twice Baked new store. I still have to move all items gradually so it's the only item there for the time being.
If you purchase I would really appreciate your comment on marketplace.
It is recommended to set your viewers LOD level at 4, higher is not needed and better to avoid.
