Japanese Ramen Noodle Street Cart Stand

Itested many food street cart before, but this one is the best, the animations specially. TOTALLY RECOMMENDED

I most recently used this item as part of a photo shoot I did. I'd not made use prior, and I was pleasantly surprised to find that the animations were of quality, and allowed me to capture a mood I was trying to set VERY well. This kind of quality is uncommon in full-permission items, and thus I have to give compliments to the creator for all their work and effort.

I would give some tiny creative critique if I might - while less efficient, setting the signage, curtains, and etc. as separate textures, even if the textures themselves are lower-resolution, might make modding this wonderful little cart far easier to those wishing to do so. This minor critique aside, nothing should draw attention away from the fact this is an exceelent item, well-worth its' cost.
