Is a 34 Prim Skybox, unfurnished, 20x25 and fits on smaller sized parcels.
It has a nice size living room where everyone can gather and not feel crowed and then up the stairs is the 2nd floor. It's like a loft, where you can have some peace and quiet and alone time with that special someone, or even to just chill. It has a balcony that you can go out and grab some fresh air and a railing so you don't fall off -giggles-
