Surprise, surprise!... It fits!
It's incredible — I was combing through the whole ML in search of a simple *blouse* for the Maitreya LaraX. Can you imagine that there isn't a single one under L$200?! I have plenty of tops, halters, shirts and T-shirts, but... for something slightly more formal, I rather prefer *blouses*, tyvm!
Well, search no more — this is *it*: the only blouse you'll find. And it's a bargain!
Glasz is very honest and doesn't claim that this is a fully fitted blouse for the LaraX body. Instead, what she says is that this is an old rigged mesh, in many sizes, which happens to fit her LaraX body quite well!
And guess what — she's absolutely right! In my case, it worked so well that I didn't even have to turn any of the alphas on, which is a BIG surprise, considering that many of the clothes "made for LaraX" that I have still required a bit of tweaking now and then. This "ruffles shirt" doesn't!
After testing out a few of my gazillions of poses and gestures and whatnot, I realised that my first impression was not 100% accurate: there are *some* poses that *will* show a bit of flesh (in my case, in the arms). Not a problem, says I! Our friend Glasz has kindly provided us with a simple alpha texture which covers the blouse flawlessly — much better than turning little bits of alpha on and off on the HUD. *And* her alpha doesn't interfere in the least with, uh, the awesome cleavage you get with this blouse (seriously... I *had* to wear a bra, or get arrested on the G regions where I usually spend my time).
Oh, sure, I fully admit that this is hardly The Perfect Blouse™ (even if it's the only one — thus 'perfect' in the sense that there isn't another one!). But once I saw it, I had to buy it, for sentimental reasons — because I have its almost exact clone in RL! Well, with slightly less ruffles and it's more black/golden than black/silver, but... it's definitely a "me" blouse. And so I grabbed it before Glasz changes her mind and decides to add an extra zero to the price!
