Templates are good but..

Be careful to read the terms. 1) You will never be able to create anything with these templates that you later use in any affiliate program you may choose to develop for your business. 2) You will never be allowed to have a business partner sell any of the designs you make using these templates 3) You will never be able to sell anything you make with these templates on SL Marketplace for less than 49l. So the TOS of this template maker is more restrictive than most but if you will never need this kind of flexibility with your own designs ( made using these templates) , then they are very good :) Just take care to read and apply their TOS so you dont get in trouble!
