Twilight Design Basic Subscriber Board V1.0

A very basic subscriber board for your store which will collect up to 9999 names for a mailing list to use with your favourite mailer.

Note: The actual number of names it can store depends on the length of the subscriber names, so with average length names, capturing 9999 is effectively impossible - this is just the max number the board digits *could* display.

Note 2: Mailer not included - this must be purchased separately if you don't already have one.

Visitors to your store can click on the Subscribe button to add their name to your subscriber list or the Unsubscribe button to remove it. There is also a group join button should anyone want to join your group.

The number of current subscribers is also displayed on the board.

Add your own texture with your store logo and required message to the large face of the board and set the board to your store group.

If you have an existing list of customer names, they can be pasted into the Customers notecard inside the board, or you can leave it empty to start a new list.

You can set the subscriber display number offset to a specific number if you maintain multiple lists as well as specify a maximum number of subscribers to accept. The board will IM the owner when that number is reached, (or the board gets too full to accept any more subscribers).

You can also be IM'd when someone subscribes or unsubscribes if you wish.

When you want to harvest the list, (normally just before you use the mailer), click on the board's main panel and the Owner Menu will pop up.

Click the the 'Subs List' and 'UnSubs List' buttons to output the respective lists to Nearby/Local Chat so you can copy & paste them into a notecard, or even better... your spreadsheet where you can sort them alphabetically and remove duplicates and/or unsubscribers.
