Does not seem to have much use
All enclosed are 4 tattoos with a large white washed area and white streaks on each..... The white streaks might be because are demo, but with the whitewashed ares on each tat as they are seem worthless, I was trying to use with EVOX AND LEGACY with VELOUR skin. If we have to edit the tat and color and shade it why use this when we can create our own and save the L$ The maker does provide many good tips on the enclosed note card. It is amazing most of my girl friends tell me they never have to worry with these neck seams, but seem common for us men. One girl friend has the female Legacy with EVOX and has no neck seam under any light conditions. I get it women buy a lot of the things in SL, but us guys like to look nice too! Would be nice if we got the same quality in products for us it seem women get. Even though the tats dont seem useful, the nc is so I gave two star rather than one star.

It's basically a tattoo, very well blended. Just add and edit; you will be able to edit the color and make it the tint you want! I saved money not buying a body applier just to match neck, but the skin was basically the same tone! So it worked.
