As the name suggests I have the pleasure of presenting to the SL community a street in New York in the forties with reproductions of their commercial and residential buildings.
This unique object in SL is made through experience and effort. Finally, the project is completed and successfully offers a commercial collection for residents who appreciate high quality and uniqueness in their builds. 100% useable.
Not recommended for new users.
This set consists of 299 prims (Great reduction of prims from 439 to 299, october 2012) in compact version (with the street, addons and base skybox). It measures 40x40 meters aproxs.
Rezz faux system.
Attached (Land Leveller) land leveling, if you want to install on the floor, Three buildings have basements and must be positioned below ground level.

Purchasing them as a complete collection mounted on the base offers a substantial discount compared to buying them seperately. You may use them individually and keep the current street structure or use them as stand-alone buildings.
With the Rezz Faux System you can have the structure or the different elements.

The doors of the shops Nighthawks amd Flam & flam have locking system., (Need to write /unlock in the chat).

Nice but stock textures it seems
I have been seeing these street scenes on the marketplace and have been interested. Didn't know there were demos until now, so I got this one for a look.
The idea and design are great but it seems the scene was built with stock textures which really undermine the look of this scene. Having used nice custom textures would lift this scene from being run of the mill to wow.
