PLEASE NOTE & TAKE INTO CONSIDERATION THAT:
-IF you're using the OMEGA Applier, the hair base's fit will tend to VARY on different mesh heads!!!
-Anything rigged to the Omega head template will fit properly but some still may not due to the UV maps for some heads i.e. Lelutka, AK, Fiore etc.
