Where can i find the tail and tie

I like the Mane makes Doct Whoove more Serius looking. Though I wonder where the Tail was bought at from. I already have a Doctor Whooves Mod but the roughness look makes it more better than than Sculpt Mane and Tail that was given in another Mod Kit.
