TLC - Muscle tatto dark - applier omega

It would of been better as shading instead of having an all-white shine/sheen/what have you.
Imo that part should of been cut out or hidden.

The bodies I can use it on do tinting, however, if it gets to a specific point, it just looks like im covered in patches of dirt.

But It was L$30, so I got what I paid for.

Would be nice if it was actual shading instead of all-white "shine"
