Just the right amount of decay
It's kind of an ultimate dystopian theater. Functional enough to use, messed up enough to appreciate imagining the backstory. Easy to mod, but pay heed to unlink and resizing. The stage and overall ambience is phenomenal. Seating (poses) are pretty basic.
