This is a mesh plaque with a Gulf Coast Florida map on it. It is 1 prim and 1 land impact as it comes.
It is not set to BRIGHT, but you can change that in the Edit tool / Texture tab (Bright/Fullbright/etc)
Modify so you can change it.
Copy so you can have many.
