This is steel cable that can be stretched in any direction up to 64 meters.
It is modify so you can resize or change it.
Use the right mouse button edit command to resize:
a: Use the Object tab to change the size dimensions, or
b: Pick the Stretch option and push/pull the colored blocks.
It is copy so you can make as many as you like.
