All textures released by Tara Simone Formal Designs (A sub-division of TNC - Totally Naughty Clothes) are in PNG format and @ 512 X 512 Resolution and are FULL PERMS!
These are unique textures created from scratch. They took a great deal of work and time. I am offering to the public due to the many requests that I have had for such textures.
They are great for Dresses & Tops, and if you know how to deal with textures they can make stunning outfits, full of color.
All that being said, I will take action against anyone I find to be distributing, reselling, repackaging, giving away or allowing others that have not paid for them to use these textures. They are specifically for your builds and YOUR clothing design or building design. YOU means YOU the purchaser. To be clear this means your AVATAR NAME not an ALT. An ALT is considered an entirely different entity.
The term "full permissions" ("full perm") in this instance means you are permitted to use these in your builds - personal & commercial but the textures must not be resold as full-perm textures. The textures remain the intellectual property of TNC - Totally Naughty Clothes & Tara Simone Formal Designs (A sub-division of TNC - Totally Naughty Clothes). The textures may not be resold or redistributed either individually or repackaged. TNC - Totally Naughty Clothes hold the original files and record all transactions. Legal Action will be taken in the event of any of these requests not being fulfilled. Passing on textures (even to your Alt) is theft and will be considered a violation of these terms.
