This Eyepatch have 9 Differents Textures
I Made that for Venus but you can easily fit in M3 Head.

Very nice texture
The detail on it is great! The only problem I had was fitting the top edge to the left side of my avatars. It always seems to be a little too high and sticks out of the hair. It only it was curved in or a little shorter it would be perfect. After a lot of adjusting, I got a nice spot for it though.

It will work for the venus with some tweaking and hair that can cover sections of it.
