All items are full-perm, except the scripts which are copy-only or trans-only.
Usage (Floor Version)

Place a picture of your sim at the floor plate's surface.
Edit each red dot to change it's description. Put in the destination in the following form:
<x,y,z>
For example <128,128,60> to aim the middle of the sim at height 60m.
Move the dot to the desired position at the board.
You can set the dot's hovertext by changing it's name.
You can change the dot's color which will also change the dot's hovertext-color.
Usage (Panel Version)

Edit any panel to change it's description. Put in the destination in the following form:
<x,y,z>
For example <128,128,60> to aim the middle of the sim at height 60m.
Change the panel's texture to a suitable one.

Couldn't get it to work
I tried and i got my friend to try in the instructions we can't figure out what the "red dot" is and we both tried so many things.... is a great idea and it looks great is why is why it got two stars...i could get pictures in no problem that part works fantastic but when we set the coordinates in the description where it says to (and we tried multiple ways) when we sit we just sit on the board.
