The footprint of the structure is 7x10m (70m²), with .25 meter walls, and a .5 meter front wall. This provides the retailer with 6.5x9.25m (60m²) of floor space with which to sell their product.
The building is easily texturable. All faces except for the window frames and front vertical supports are oriented so that you can easily just drop a texture onto them, just like a prim! The floor and roof share their texture for modular construction above. All default textures are also included in the contents of the structure as backups!
