How does it work?
Just drag your picture onto the area that says 'Your Texture Goes Here" and you're all set!
OR
Open the build menu, check "Select Textures", go to the Texture tab, left click on the 'Your Texture Goes Here' area you want to apply your picture to and drag the picture into the area on the texture tab!
(It's easier than it looks, I promise)

Tint the frame and border using the build menu if you want a different look!
Open the build menu, check "Select Textures", go to the Texture tab, left click on the area you want to TINT and then click the COLOR box in the texture tab of the build menu. Then all you need to do is select the color you want!
