Textures can not be resold as full permissions. In no circumstance.

Textures can not be redistributed, shared or sold in any format.

The textures are drawn, illuminated, shaded, etc., using the UV map and shadow map of the creator as a guide.

When you buy a texture created by Shark Toxx, you are being licensed to use this texture as per my TOS. The texture remains the intellectual property of Shark Toxx and Shark Toxx reserves the right to withdraw its license if you do not respect the terms of service.

You can change how Shark Toxx textures (such as colors, add details or logos). But even when you change, they continue the original creation of Shark ToXx and you can not be sold as full perm textures.

The product made as Shark Toxx textures, whether textures are modified or not, can not be resold with all permissions.

These textures are for use by Second Life only.
