Says Transfer.. and its not!

I purchased this for an Easter Egg Hunt I am planning on throwing. I purchased this because it was supposed to be transfer. Well it is not. Highly disappointed. Don't mark something transfer then not have it be. False advertisement! And the bad thing is.. I purchased 3 different ones and I cannot do anything with them!
