Talan - Elven tree house
In the world of Tolkien, a talan is the open platform built in a mallorn of Lorien as a living place for the Elves. The Talan was reached by a ladder through a hole in its center. A light screen could be fixed to any side of the platform to keep out the wind.
This tree house opens at the base of a large clearing. Above, a magical room is a first floor.
Higher still lies a great platform.
At the top is a spacious living room and a mezzanine Couce.
The footprint is that of a square of 50 meters on each side.
The height is approximately 80 meters.
It is already equipped with the necessary teleporters.
