Bravo i just used it for a photo : really great render, i love it ☺
Perfect for 8L!
The only complaint one might have is the low resolution of the textures. but for 8 bucks.. you really cant complain.
Word of advice: do NOT link the streets to anything except streetparts or the LI will explode!

If you want to learn a little about setting up roads, you could do a lot, lot worse. Quite flexible for your needs, for lack of a better term.
