These are so nice - and a price you CAN NOT beat! The textures are well done and if you want to dirty them up or clean them up with a new texture for a different style sim the street and sidewalk textures are separate!! So nice! And just what I needed for my set designing as a photographer/blogger on a budget. Thank you!
