A cozy little Japanese-styled tea house, with a sculpted stepping stone walkway. It's unfurnished, so you can add seating and decorations to your taste. It's also copy/modify so you can customize it to fit your needs. Its total footprint is approximately 6.5m by 8m, including the stepping stones. It's copyable, so you can place as many as you like.

Very Nice!
This was a very nice build and exactly what i was looking for. I needed a bit more rustic look to go with my other teahouse but with a few texture changes, this ended up looking better than my expensive one!
