Details

The Team Challenge game is an in-world game that pits two teams of avatars against each other trying to guess the most popular answers to survey questions. It is a game of both skill and knowledge. It is similar in some ways to the American TV game "Family Feud", the British "Family Fortune", or the Dutch "5 Tegen 5". The game package includes a main board, a player registration board, a button pedestal, and a game rules board.

The game comes with 25 example survey notecards to get you started. You can also create your own survey notecards.

The main board contains the following displays fields:
- Player: Displays the name of the player whose turn it is.
- Time: Time remaining to submit a guess (starts at 30 seconds and counts down).
- Question: The survey question to which players try to guess the most popular answers
- Answers: Most popular answers and point values, in descending order of point values. Hidden until they are guessed correctly
- TOTAL: Total score for correct answers to the current survey question.
- Team A Total Score: Team A's grand total score across multiple games until board is reset.
- Team B Total Score: Team B's grand total score across multiple games until board is reset.

The main board contains the following buttons accessible to players:
- New Game: When green, any registered player can force a new game to load and start.
- Touch to Guess: When green, the player who turn it is (shown in Player field at top) touches it to submit a guess via a popup text box.
- Reset: Any registered player can for the board to reset. This will clear the board, including all scores and registered players.

The main board also includes 3 red boxes at the top. Every time a guess does not match a survey answer, another red X will appear and a buzzer will sound. If one team gets 3 X's, the other team gets to make one guess. If their guess is a match, they win the game. If it is not a match, the first team wins the game.

The registration board contains 10 player name slots (5 for each team). Players can register by touching an empty slot or de-register by touching the slot with their name. Only registered players will be permitted to submit guesses.

The button pedestal is used at the beginning of each game to determine which team gets the first guess. Two players (one from each team) race to see who pushes their button first. The winning player gets to make the first guess. If the guess is a match and is the top answer, that player gets to decide whether their team will play or pass. If the guess is a match but is not the top answer, or if the guess is not a match, the losing player gets to make a guess. If their guess is a match and is more popular than the other player's answer, they get to decide whether their team will play or pass. If their guess is less popular than the other player's answer or is not a match, the other player gets to decide whether their team will play or pass. After the play or pass decision is made, the button pedestal is no longer used until the next game.

The game rules board contains the rules of the game.

The boards and pedestal are copy/mod. Scripts are copy, no-mod.
