This porch is made to fit around the Winchester house in the Bellisseria Traditional style of Linden Housing. The side porch and front porch can be independently resized, so you may have a moderate degree of success fitting it to some other style of home.
With the fence: 10 LI
Without the fence: 7 LI
To position your porch, align the top of the new porch floor so that it just barely covers the floor of your old porch, and align the sides of the porch with the sides of your home.

Such a Homey addition to my house! It looks like it was part of the house that was made by the builder themselves so I would highly recommend this porch! :)
Very Nice Addition
Decent sized porch to fit all my decorating needs. The roof was easily colored to match my dark one. There is a slight flickering along the edge, but easily ignored by adding some plants. Good price!
This is Very Beautiful
I finally got around to adding it to my home, after I purchased it way back in September. It is the perfect size and it is modify, which I love. The porch really does add some personality to the Linden homes :D Now all I need to find is snow for it for winter <3 Thank you for this awesome item <3

This was just what I needed to add more curb appeal to my new LL home. Its nice that you have the option of using the porch with and without the fence. It was very easy to install and I just love it. Thank you for making such a useful, beautiful product.

Perfect, but.
Fits the house perfectly and is well made. The only reason I'm not giving it five stars is because I would have liked to be able to un-link just the slab so that it can be resized to meet LL walkway, or a step added. I don't want to resize the whole thing as the porch is the perfect size as it is.
Also, I'm not sure what's the difference with the Alt +1 prim.
