Very nice set!
Forelock is rigged a little wonky, but the rest of the mane is rigged very well. The hair is very nicely meshed out, offering a good balance of aesthetic and low complexity. It's also layered as you would expect a Friesian's mane and tail to be. The shape is also very nice.
