This is a grackle bridle, also known as a "figure 8" bridle, usually seen on a lot of jumper horses.
Bridle fits the Teegle Horse Avatar, but is also Copy/Mod, so that if you do have another shape, you can fit it to it. It's unrigged, and includes bridles for the Handsome and Default shape.
Reins are rigged, but are separate so can choose to wear them or not.
