OTHER GRIDS. We have no problem for our templates and other full perm creations to be taken to or from there. BUT Reselling of our templates or full perm creations in any other virtual world by anyone other than us is a violation of our TOS and will be dealt with swiftly and harshly. The license here applies to any other world.

You may upload these templates to your hard drive and use them in your own software program to make/create your own clothing designs using textures you have either made or purchased in world.

If you are found reselling our templates or other full perm Items in world or on any other Grid as templates (full perm or limited) or full perm Item we will be forced to file DCMA reports against you, as well as take any legal action necessary to insure you are immediately banned from selling our templates or full perm Item.

NO refunds or exchanges are given. These templates and any of our creations were sold as full permissions, so once you have purchased them, we will not refund or exchange them, We will fix errors if notified.

NO you cannot resell or give away our templates or full perm Items in any form other than using in your content creations. This means if you make modifications to our templates or full perm Item, you cannot resell it or give it away as a template or full perm item.
