* Let other people use your Cirrus when you're not around: the access lock can share the Cirrus with group members or everyone.
* Create an automated tour to take your visitors on an autopiloted tour around your island.
* Hand off the controls to any passenger while flying.
FLY IT
* Steer your Cirrus with a an attractive and easy HUD attachment.
* Let your balloon drift, zen-like, with the prevailing winds. You never know where you will end up.
Almost perfect - Rezzer has Access Lock problems
Almost perfect UNLESS you were hoping to use the shared access Rez option to allow others besides just the Owner (Group or Anyone) to use the balloon. After setting up the rezzer option (Terra Vehicle Perma-Rezzer 1.2) to allow Group members or Anyone to access the balloon the Access Lock registers the change then soon reverts back to default 'Owner' option restricting use to just the owner. It would also help when selecting 'ride' for the balloon if the local chat response would prompt you to type 'chat' for menu options and to receive the HUD rather than just saying you are now the pilot. Otherwise this is a great balloon and I would echo all the other positive comments about it. If however your primary objective is to share the balloon with visitors to your parcel this is currently not a good option for that.
Still the best hot air balloon in 2024
I've had this for a few years and still cannot find a better looking, better flying hot air balloon in Second Life.
