This Giver script with counter will keep track of the Textures you have been given away, When you, as owner, simply touch the Giver object where this script is in, the object will tell you how many Textures it has given away since rez or reset.
When someone else touches it, the object will give out what you want it to give.
It will work for only 1 Texture, if you put in more items, the script will give away the first of them.
The script only works for Textures, if you're looking for a different type, check related items, there's a script for all kinds of inventory which you can give away.
