**Texty is not a HUD. It requires a permanent place to rez inworld so it can contact you when you're offline.

I was looking for something that would enable me to find out when my landlord was online so I could discuss an important issue rather than trying to pass notecard back and forth.
This was just the ticket. I was able to find out exactly when he came online so I could come inworld and take care of business more professionally... face to face... rather than in notecard version.
