I wanted a houseboat on my little plot of water land, but I also wanted to have my horse and pony too, and land living was getting boring for me, so.... I did some rebuilding.

This version has a stable that can fit the Awesome Breed Creations horses, maybe a couple of horses or a few mini ponies.

It is still spacious enough to fit in a kitchen and living area and the bedroom upstairs.

That Crazy Barn Houseboat is only 39 land impact with an area of 18x17(the houseboat is 12.5x18). It is copy, mod, no transfer and partial mesh. Some scripts are no mod.

It is unfurnished. I have made a rezzer and non-rezzer version. I have also included the potted plants if you want to use them.
