Only ten prims and a hundred lindens for a double storey home? Yep, that IS pretty amazing! Hence the name of this house, which is finished in stylish black textures, which perfectly contrast to the bright yellow, blue and white beachy hues of the canvas awning on the house's balcony. The house has lovely views around all four sides of it due to its walls being open, giving it a peaceful, breezy, part-of-nature feeling. It goes great in any garden, island, beachside or parkland setting especially. And at only 12 x 17 metres in size, it will fit into very small blocks of land, yet it never feels small or pokey and will fit a surprising amount of furniture into it without feeling cluttered.
