An expensive fixer-upper
It is a beautiful home. The small balcony is too short for the door so when the door opens it goes through the rail by a significant amount. and the doors are all on backwards and open outward. you can see where the hinges are in the door frame opposite of where the door is actually "hinged". I am fixing the small things I know how to fix like the small balcony. Idk how to fix the doors which is frustrating. It is an expensive house to have to do this much work to make it livable. So, if you know the basics of building and don't mind its a "fixer-up" then this is the house for you!
Also, the prim count is way off. It says 730 but according to my land prim counter it is over 800
