The Arsenal is a simple, modern skybox with a balcony. It is 21.6 x 15.6 x 4.4 meters and is 7 land impact total.
It includes both PBR and standard materials.
All textures are included and full-perm, please check the contents of the "Box of Textures (The Arsenal)" by rezzing it out and viewing the contents tab in edit mode. Nearly every texture has associated material maps for more realistic appearance with Advanced Lighting Model turned ON!
