147 prim building with groundfloor commercial space that fits on a 80m by 65m parcel- 90m high. Comes in a rez locus box, just left click for the rezing menue- when rezzed just move the rez box only to move the building snd when happy with its position left click the box again and select SET in the rez menue. At this point the building should be copy mod should you wish to customise it. Above the groundfloor is for SHOW only and doesnt contain other floors but the option is there for you to modify this space if brave enough. As with all my builds you are entitled to a spare if the rez process goes wrong or you need to delete the building for whatever reason so Dont hesitate to IM me for a spare, cheers.
