Demanasi Lockheart Loft
I found Lockhearts Lofts absolutely amazing. This is a large 4 story structure, with multiple large apartments (every room has a balcony), with the most realistic elevator in second life. I currently plan to have at least two rental areas, one in an urban setting, and one with a rural setting. I plan to use two of these builds in the urban setting, with other urban housing and facilities. I find it hard to believe that the build has only 257 in prims and has a similar land impact. I highly recommend this build for anyone developing an urban sim.
