Great apartment building
awesome building with many usuable floors for apartments or rentals, realistic great for any sim
Beautiful Building Great size
Recently purchased this building for a sim we are developing and I have to say for the sheer size of this building you are getting not only a great price and a great prim count. Usually larger size buildings such as this usually there is a very large prim count. This however allows your prims to go toward the scene, the rooms inside and other things. Great job on this build, I am already looking to purchase another.
Awesome building...great design
I bought this a few months ago, and the early versions of this build had a few issues. When brought to Pats attention, he always responded quickly to look in to it. After a few weeks of feedback and trial and error, this latest version appears to be good to go. The creator is a good guy and I'll definitely be checking back to see what new stuff he comes up with.

One of the best skyscrapers in SL
If you're like me, and like building cities, chances are; you've looked all over for decent skyscrapers / multi-story buildings which actually serve a function, while being stingy on LI. The Caerus strikes one of the best balances between aesthetics, prim-efficiency, and actual usefulness that I have yet to see. Pat Alderson is likewise very cordial, and extended his thanks and support to me, before I could even properly evaluate and decorate my purchase. I highly recommend this building, and can assure you that you will enjoy both your purchase, and any dealings you may have with it's creator.
TL;DR - Buy it, it's awesome.
