Using it on my city themed parcel, and I really loved it, the building is awesome and very nice looking.

One of the best high-rises in SL. The very few flaws it has are overshadowed by the awesome architecture and mesh design. Saying that, I would appreciate to see an update with normal and specular mapping, which at the same time closes the small gap at the bottom left side of the building (front face). As well increase the size of the foundation and make it go more into the ground, so it becomes more flexible with non flat surfaces. 5 Stars!

For 2k the exterior display is quite well, however the interior, particularly the elevator has a critical issue - it's not really user friendly. I sent a crowd of tenants to explore the building and people started by right clicking on the elevator and get stuck on it (as it has an option that says 'elevate' ). One of the towers is purely decorative and doesn't have usable space in it.

The elevator also does not have an option to the penthouse, it's a killer, penthouse is the most wanted space and there's no way to get in by default.

Apart from that, the building is very compact in terms of land coverage which is a good thing, prim count and the elevator issue may deter potential renters from inspecting the living areas.
